FateLens is an entertainment and self-reflection product operated at getfatelens.com. By accessing or using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

FateLens provides AI-generated personality stories and past-life narratives for entertainment purposes only. All content — including past-life identities, soul pattern readings, and life path interpretations — is:

  • Generated by artificial intelligence and personalised based on your inputs.
  • Intended solely as entertainment and creative self-reflection.
  • Not factual, historical, psychological, medical, or spiritual advice.
  • Not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or medical guidance.

3. Paid readings

  • Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Their terms apply to all transactions.
  • The price is displayed before purchase. You will be charged the amount shown at checkout.
  • Your full reading will be delivered to the email address you provide after successful payment.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital and AI-generated nature of the product, all sales are final once the reading has been generated and delivered. If you did not receive your reading, contact us within 7 days for a re-send or refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the website's content or system at scale.
  • Represent AI-generated readings as factual or use them to mislead others.

5. Intellectual property

The FateLens brand, visual design, quiz content, and soul pattern frameworks are owned by us. AI-generated readings delivered to you are for your personal use. You may share excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. FateLens is not liable for any decisions you make based on content generated by the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific purchase, or $10, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will honour all paid reading requests made before any discontinuation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith; if necessary, through binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction where we operate.
